Christmas For Kids - Volunteers Still Needed View this email in your browser Volunteers Still Needed!!   Christmas For Kids Event on December 5, 2018 If you have already signed up to Volunteer for the Christmas For Kids Event - THANK YOU!! If you have not signed up yet - Please sign up today!!   We are still in need of Volunteers to Shop with a Child for 10:15 and 10:30 time slots. Please share this information with your friends, family and co-workers and encourage them to join you for a fun and rewarding day shopping with a child. Please access the on-line registration by accessing the  Christmas For Kids website at www.christmasforkids.org    Key items for Registering: Shopping in pairs of 2 or 3 works best so sign up with a friend, co-worker or family member. EACH team member will need to register separately.  Please indicate in the on-line form that you would like to volunteer as part of a group and list the each person's name in the group in the indicated section.  This will allow us to have all volunteers registered and provide name tags. Volunteers will be checked in for the time slot you are registered for If you arrive early, you will need to wait for your registered time slot If you need to change your times slot, please change the time through your Schedule Once confirmation a minimum of 48 hours before the event After completion of the on-line registration, the registering individual will received a Booking Confirmation and a meeting/calendar invitation.   You will also receive reminder e-mails prior to the event on December 5th.   If you have any questions please contact volunteer@christmasforkids.onmicrosoft.com  Thank you for Volunteering!
