Volunteers
are needed to SOLVE IT for Earth Day on Saturday, April 21st from 9:00
a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at more than 200 parks, waterways and neighborhoods throughout
Oregon. Efforts will include planting trees, pulling invasive plants and
removing trash that litters our gem of a state.
To
sign up as an individual or group, go to www.solv.org, find a
project near you (dates and times may vary), and click on "register." Then,
show up at the time and location you have chosen wearing gloves, boots and a
smile. You will be joining a force of more than 7,000 fellow Oregonians who are
committed to keeping Oregon beautiful.
