Christmas for Kids is a great charity organization that helps provide a merry Christmas and needed items for low income families in the Portland area.  One day a year they have a shopping event.  They match volunteers with a child and a shopping list. Volunteers spend about 90 minutes helping the child pick out items for their family, with gift cards provided by the organization. It's fun, and worth while.  Please volunteer for the Dec. 6 event if you can!

If you have not signed up yet - Please sign up today!!   We are still in need of Volunteers to Shop with a Child for many of the time slots.  Please share this information with your friends, family and co-workers and encourage them to join you for a fun and rewarding day shopping with a child. Please access the on-line registration by accessing the  Christmas For Kids website at www.christmasforkids.org    Click on the link "Sign up Now" at the bottom of the page and then click on the link "Shop with a Kid Signup". Information needed to register is:   Shop with a Child: Name Company e-mail Mobile Phone Number Have you been a volunteer before – Yes/No Do you want to volunteer as part of a group – Yes/No If Yes, please list the name(s) of the people in your group Are you bilingual – Yes/No If yes, please list the language(s) you speak  If you want to volunteer as a pair or a group - EACH team member will need to register independently.  Please indicate on the on-line form that you would like to volunteer as part of a group and list the each person's name in the group in the indicated section.  This will allow us to have all volunteers registered, provide name tags and pair people together in order to have the best shopping experience for all!   All Day Volunteer: Name Company e-mail Mobile Phone Number Have you been an all-day volunteer before – Yes/No If yes, what all day volunteer position you have done before?
